Issue Details

Platform:PC

Context:

Switched all gems to boomeranger for nothing since blast bow doesn't work. (cyclone and mysterious urn working perfectly)

Expected:

Every shot is supposed to explode but none do. This is happening to all the players I've spoken to.

Reproduce:

Gain boomeranger primal loops > obtain crystal ring for specific class > go to ring polisher and unlock "blast bow" ability > test on mobs/target dummies.
