T-113: You can place Pearls of Wisdom on Crystal rings on the Forge UI

    [content] => There's a glitch with the Forge UI that allows you to place Pearls of Wisdom on Crystal rings, which increases the stats and PR the ring grants. I can provide reproduction steps if needed but that shouldn't really matter, you guys need to implement a server-side check to make sure someone isn't trying to upgrade an item that should not be possible to upgrade.
