**Reproduction steps:**

1. Set your emblem to Chronomantic Emblem
2. Use your ultimate ability (2)
3. Before the cooldown is over use your pots to reduce cooldown until ultimate is ready to use again.
4. Activate ultimate ability (2) again.
```**Result:** When the ultimate ability is used a second time the outer VFX don't spawn (VFX on character still do, just the Gem Class ones don't).
**Expected:** VFX displaying fully when the ability is active.
**Number of players confirmed:** 2, me and my friend. We can't see each other's VFX when it happens

**In light of Chloromancer's rework might as well get this fixed**

    [content] => idk if this is normal, but when i came back to trove, my friend invited me to their delve (149 or something) and offered to carry me, we did the delves and yeah, except now it shows im on delve 149, for some reason, even though i couldnt go that far, and i also dont even do delves that much, this has been going on for a while (2 months or more) and i kinda find that annoying since i cant go through that level, help?
