If you logged in after the daily reset (4AM PST) but before the patch (7AM PST) you likely claimed your daily rewards. If you claimed your daily rewards it set your account as having received them. After the update there were new rewards available but the system showed you'd already received them.

It should be cleared up now. Restart the game if you've been playing since the daily reset took place. If the problem persists definitely call it out here.
