Thanks for calling this out. I've reported it to the dev and QA team. Submit a ticket about the regemerators and the support team will investigate for you.

Just to be safe, also check in the third inventory tab (it's fairly new) to be sure the Regemerators aren't in there. There is a header for Gems and these will be the top item there.
