It was 4:30 AM where I'm located and I was getting online to play when I saw the issue. I probably beat getting a wake up phone call by a couple minutes. :) Anyway, we have people around 24/7 so...
Update 2: We're back online! There is a queue but it's fairly short and moving quickly. We'll continue to monitor things to be sure you're all set. Thanks everyone!
Update 1: We've taken a few steps to address the issue, but so far it continues. We're going to continue working to get this resolved and I'll post an update on our progress in one hour. (posted at 3:30 AM PDT / 10:30 AM GMT)
