When I go into the trove's sound effect some of them are outdated like I dont see or hear vanguards or bard sfx at all

Hello I linked my glyph and troveasaurus and claimed the items however none of them showed up in my inventory my profile is vamisomo and I have been a loyal trove player on two accounts this confrontation is extremely frustrating.
