Hey I noticed all the winners for the darkness drakoneer are pc that’s kinda foul , anyways if you know anyone high up in trove tell them to put the pack in my shop and I’ll literally buy it , thanks for listening!

The site selects winners at random, it doesn't know about their platform.

There is nothing here for me to fix :(

Is it possible re-create the Trovesaurus account with the same e-mail and passphrase of the deleted one?

Not unless you manually request it from me via a Trovesaurus Mail, Twitter or Discord.

If you delete an account you will be unable to use the same details again.

I need the gunslinger skin. But is out of stock. Pls add new codes

Hello am here to talk about Vanguard one of the class that should be considered to Re-vamp plus rework because right now, this class is not as powerful as it should be and most of the mechanics skills are outdated and quite fall off, even when compared to a starting class even Knight First - Class gem Ability should be Passive and Class Gem should be enhanced to look as exciting as the Title of hero. also, the ring hidden effect of VAN right now is not as impressive as it should be. Second - Range mod one of weird and a lot bad issue synced when using in combat and am very confident sure 70-90% based on a player no one using this ability this one should be removed and replace with some buff like example Gain MS, AS, DMG, etc. and maybe make normal punch become hypersonic that dealt x4 double strike (for minimum DPS boss fight) and strikethrough multi-target around them (maybe 5 -7 yard in order for crowd control). Third - I kinda like the idea of ​​the Vanguard flight when flying a while will break the sound barrier, this section deserves another 100-150% Speed ​​bonus. Remember Vangaurd cost 3K credit he deserves the best - thank you for reading /bow

I have recently tried claiming the squishy sage promo item in game, but it keeps saying that the voucher has already been redeemed. I do not have the item in game and was wondering if there was something you can do to help me get the 21 mastery points that im missing from that promotion.

If you send me a mail or contact me on Discord it's better than this part of the site. There shouldn't really be a problem if you've already claimed previous codes but I can probably generate you a new one to be sure.

hey have noticed various people stating that when they try to click on the free Dino Tamer costume in the promo section, that it acts like they are all used up even though it says that you currently have over 8000 keys available at this time. somethings wrong there. thanks

I have submitted my metrics for 5 classes, and they are not updating on my profile.

 

EDIT: I had to manually change my name on here due to ingame name change. The name change says automatic, but it does not seem like it is.

Trovesaurus accounts are separate from Trove accounts, we just encourage you to use your character name, you will have to update here if you change the name in game.

Hello for my Christmas dev stream and costume and all other rewards havnt come to my psn account ive done everything linked it and tried claiming all rewards but they havnt come to my psn account psn account eu server clown-grim

You will need to contact gamigo, either by submitting a ticket https://support.gamigo.com/hc/en-us/categories/200198383-Trove or messaging the community team on Discord or Twitch.

I tried claiming the sageosaurus and it keeps telling me ive already claimed it but its not it in my inventory

It's worth checking that the Glyph account you redeemed it on is the Glyph account you use on PC (or have linked if you use a console)

Hello. I love the website and really appreciate all the work gone into it! On that note, I had a query. Would it be possible to enable a widget so that users could easily get club adventures posted into their club discords? I feel like the adventure posting feature is amazing and quite under-utilized and this could help it alot.

Thanks for the comment, I see you found the unreleased feedback section. This isn't meant to be found yet, but because I got a notification for it, I'll reply.

The posting of adventures into Discord was meant to be a draw to the Trovesaurus Discord, and I'm worried that if posting in others, people won't have a need to be in ours.

It would all depend if people would use it more as a result.

The other thing is that the other Discords would be responsible for removing adventures that have expired, the Trovesaurus site triggers this on our Discord only. Other servers may need to invite our bot with the correct permissions if I've set it up that way.

Due to the increase of resources used, if I was to allow users to set this up, I would be likely to turn it on for Gold members only.

Does this still work?
