Thank you! I never had the chance to come back and revise this because of the pandemic preparation, but I appreciate your kind words! And I always appreciate constructive criticism.
I accidentally deleted that dot and I had no idea where to put it back in lol. I will keep that in mind. I'm learning the program little by little.
All great advice and thank you for sharing! I will know for next time.

Hello!

That is a very nice pug for a first attempt :D You have a nice blocky shape going on!

For the contest itself this works just fine, but if you wish to get this approved and hopefully accepted by Dev team id suggest you put a bit more work in it.

I like it a lot how you made the face expression, its very doggy and makes me want to pet him and take out for a walk haha. However, for Trove it might be better to bring it in line with all other helmets we have in game and recently approved - calm and general, like when an animal is relaxed and not bothered by anything.

Tongue could be a good idea, but at the moment it is rather long and half of it is corner-connected. May be if it was shorter it would look more cute?

For coloring, you picked very natural and clean colors, i like that! Although may be if you gave that fur some yellows and browns it would look more attractive. Also, as siixx said, its good to use some shading. Imagine how light would fall on it and highlight some spots + darken places where shadows would be.

Last but definitely not least, on the Template there is a pink voxel - attachment point. That thingy tells the game where to place helmet model, it would seem you removed it from yours. Please make sure its still there :) Once that is restored, you could convert your .qb to .blueprint and mod in your helmet in game (grab a screenshot or two of that when you do :D).

Overall, its a very cute idea and great model to start with! Im going to set status of your creation back to Active, change that to Review if you upload some changes!
