This is a very interesting concept, i like how unusual that dragon head looks! Very good job on material mapping too :)
For a contest this works absolutely great, count your participation token well earned :) However, if you wish to get it approved and hopefully accepted by Developers, id suggest to work on the shape a bit more. At the moment it is a bit too detailed/not blocky, you can see lots of separated voxels on the sides and back.
It would be great if those were united in more bulky groups. Also may be because of how unique it is, it could be hard to tell from afar what is a helmet supposed to be/represent. Slightly longer and distinct horns/side fins could possibly help with that.
