Yeah you choose platform..but have been5out of codes since I've joines

will the codes work for xbox one? 

Mine shows claimed but i havent gotten it

That would be nice,as of right now we are members with no way of showing pride.

It's a bit of a generic message. there are 0 codes available to claim right now.

for some reason I can't more codes because of my IP for some reason.

Once we are sure the issues surrouding the claiming on consoles are solved we can put up a new set.

Ok so I've contacted trion world and all they say this mount is and needs to be claimed here.. So are there anymore codes going to be generated or should we all just forget about getting this pipe dream mount

An answer from someone at trovesaurus.com support would be nice

AKA Send them a support ticket for sageosaurous, they are willing to fix it as they had for me

Hey all, I'm a new (mature)Trove player on PS4 console as well and i am really loving this game. Now keep in mind this is still beta  for most ....and all the blue screen errors/crashes or something as trivial as getting Sageosurus as cool as it is has not changed my mind. Give them a chance to work things out and I'm sure in due time the mounts/codes will come our way. I feel in this day of age,lots of people have that I WANT IT NOW mentality and have lost sight of what it takes to produce...

For now, there won't be more codes for awhile due to the excessive issue with people from the 1st batch of codes not even getting the mount if on consoles. Once issue is resolved you can hope for a 2nd batch

PS Voucher codes mean any redeemable code such as this mount, or other stuff that you confirmed entered. You'll also may have to send them the code in your request or a reply to it as proof you actually have the code

Replies from Trion World's, the 1st time can take up to a week BC of delays, then every reply/update to ticket shouldn't take longer than 2-4 days

0 codes left means there are 0 codes left. You'll have to wait until we get some more in.
