Wrong channel definitely means you aren't on trovegame.com/redeem

when i tried to redeem this code it says "wrong channel"

I think i know what you guys are doing.. After you go to  trovegame.com/redeem & redeem the code it puts you to the glyph site where it shows you all your recent transactions/codes applied. 

YOU DONT HAVE TO ENTER THE CODE AGAIN. 

I've seen a few reports of this, but I suspect it's just an error message that is badly worded. Please make sure you are entering the code at trovegame.com/redeem and that you haven't already unlocked it, check your collections promo section.

Weird, it said the voucher had already been redeemed, oh well.

And you are definitely trying to enter it on trovegame.com/redeem, and the list doesn't already say you have redeemed it, and it's definitely not already unlocked in your collections?

Yeah I got the same: "We're sorry, but this voucher has already been redeemed."

You should be able to claim and redeem. Please explain further what you mean.

That shouldn't be the case, if you are sure you entered in correctly at trovegame.com/redeem you can message me and I can bring it up with Fasti to investigate.
