After imbued 5 times, you will need to wait another hour before attempting to harvest it. You will know it is ready to harvest when it says "Press E to Harvest." Do not attempt to laser it out, as it will destroy the clover without yielding any clovers and wasting all your resources and time. A fully imbued clover will let you harvest it further, however, you will need to re-imbue it 5 more times.
