Neon Ninja + Evil Vanguardian

An unnamed character of mine that I drew for the contest. Originally an Amperium Vanguardian, I added some Neon Ninja into the mix.

I sketched this on paper and tried to color it in, but it turned out horrible. Fortunately, I took a picture beforehand and lined and colored it in on my phone.
