I'm missing very few trophies ,this is one of them. I thought mobs spawned from boss didnt spawn trophies. Also, why in the milkshake only since cenobite appears (and spawns candy cornet) in several other lairs? thank you

Is this craftable? In which biome is it? I can't find it but I have all regular recipes
