There was an issue with my console linking with my glyph account. I added my code to the glyph account prior to finding out and contacting trion supoort. After the issue was resolved, my glyph account no longer had the code linked to the account. When I tried to re-enter my code in for the mount it said voucher had already be redeemed. I contacted trion support again to ask for a code to be reissued and they told me to contact you guys. Is there anyway to reissue the code for my account so I can reapply it to my glyph account. 

Any tips on catching this fish. I seem to not be able to get my hands on it yet. Been fishing at the hub world for quite sometime.
