UPDATE
Last weeks a club did level Rally of Heroes from lvl2 to lvl3 and everthing was fine, no "dead spot".
After this good news, we immediately jumped on another club, removed the lvl3 Rally of Heroes with the "dead spot" and put up a new one... but the dead spot was still there. We tried to overwrite the spot, but you can't build anything on that spot. We moved the Rally of Heroes 2 blocks to the right so that we can edit the fixture as we want.
??? The dead spot is still in the club world and the question is whether the support can eliminate such dead spots.

We couldn't find a "dead spot" in other fixtures (lvl 3). But someone who has had Rally of Heroes lvl 1+2 for a long time is unsure whether they had an error in the same place. it's been too long ago.
