Did you seriously just pick a random image off the internet?
This specific image was made at least back in March 11 2017 based on the post date of a forum post it was used on.

Please avoid using other's creations as they can be very obvious to notice.

Seeing from the Gold Settings page it seems to include some very interesting features

The feature that drew most of my attention is the Forum Mentions one, havent tested it but it sounds pretty usefull
