It's an easy mod made with Vortexslinger's assets, with some changes to make it for the Shadow Hunter.

They say his bow is stringed with lines of code plucked by hand from Amperium Snipebot Drones.
They say the subroutines of his armor were programmed by Lambent the Neolord himself - while held under duress.
They even say he's not on the side of Luminopolis at all... that he just deletes Amperium forces for a personal revenge, or for fun...
His name? Nobody knows that, either. The Resistors dub him the 'Verde Vantage', for the pale green glow left to fade away as quickly as he arrived. Even some Heroes get antsy at the mention of it, knowing full well that with nothing concrete to go on, this shadowy figure could very well become an enemy some day.
"If you're lucky, maybe you'll see him someday.
Just, whatever you do, don't get in his way."
