in order to get a perfect lesser gem the gem has to have at least 2 stars and 3 stats. lvl it to 15 and then look at it in the gem forge and if it has 2 pentagons on 1 stat and 1 pentagon on another stat it is a perfect gem. Tips (General)

the pentagons are the little shapes right above the stat numbers.  these pentagons can only be seen in the gem forge.
