If you have a ticket on this issue, we'll follow up with you, no worries. Asking for the ticket with that subject line was just to simplify the process of identifying new tickets.

Hey everyone,

If you are the leader of a Club and experienced the issue with a bugged club world map and Club Chest contents disappearing, please submit a ticket by 12AM PDT (GMT -7) on Saturday, August 1. Use the Subject line "Missing Club Chest Items" so we can easily track these requests and provide a swift resolution.

We have isolated the root cause of the missing chests and will be fixing Club Worlds, as well as issuing compensation for lost items. In addition, the fix for the map issue is coming this week.

If you've already submitted a ticket, you won't need to submit a second one, but if you haven't reached out to support, please do so.
