I'm not sure what version you are submitting. You have one version at the top that is flat but multiple versions underneath that have different glows, width etc. I would clean up the post a tad to help describe which version you are submitting. I like the design with the black bumped out so I really just need to see which version you want to send. As for your question with making the white parts glow. Just make the white part darker in editor. Change it from a white to a light grey and you will get a dimmer glow.
