Trove Toolbox Outage Resolved

The other day I tweaked how downloads were calculated for mods, that had an unintended and unnoticed side effect of breaking the API which the Toolbox client uses to populate the mods list.

This has now been fixed, and I'm sorry for the outage. If the Toolbox unexpectedly can't contact Trovesaurus in future you can direct mail me on Trovesaurus.
