Mr. E posted recently about how several items on the PTS store are being disabled. Many people who have visited the PTS will have seen many chests and pinatas being spawned in the hub, these will no longer be possible.
These are being done it seems to stop people from opening large amounts of them to determine the contents.

Howdy, with the most recent PTS update we're testing the ability to disable items on the store only on the PTS server.
Currently the disabled items are:
- Piñatas
- Chaos Chests
- Dragon Caches
- Heart-O-Phones
- Rename Tag
In an upcoming update the Dragon Caches will become available again, and any Credit Packs which award Shadow Piñatas will become unavailable.
These items are likely to remain disabled for the foreseeable future
Also
Dragon Chests will be coming back, Chaos Chests, however, will remain mysterious. In the future we will be making better methods than "chests" to acquire resources on the PTS server for testing
