Ensure access to the Cursed Vanity is unlocked by crafting all Emoji titles at the Title Certificate Stamper.
Go into the titles vehicle in the hub and craft the Quality Masque of Q.M.¹ at the Cursed Vanity.
- You can also craft a Cursed Vanity here, which will be needed for a later step.

Complete a dungeon in an Uber Permafrost biome while on Slow Sebastian. Using Tomb Raiser is recommended.
- If done correctly, a chest will spawn next to you that drops Recipe: The Hatastic Hat.
- This step can be repeated once per minute to have an additional chest spawn. Each also has a chance to grant you a Random Title: Hatastic, of which there are 4 to obtain.
Refer to the chart below to determine the correct biome and title needed to complete the following steps:

In one of the current day's biomes, place your cornerstone and a Cursed Vanity to craft The Hatastic Hat.

In one of the current day's Uber biomes, complete dungeons while on Slow Sebastian.
- If done correctly, there should be a ~5% chance a chest spawns that drops Recipe: Staff of Influence.
Craft the Staff of Influence at the Cursed Vanity.

During the weekend, search Uber [see warning] biomes for a rarely spawning NPC named Stampy the Tourist. Interact with it to unlock Ally: Questioning Marquitos.

Warning

The biome Stampy spawns in changes from week to week. This has been confirmed! The week of 2023-10-02, Stampy was located in the Lost Isles. The week of 2023-10-09, Stampy was located in Geode Topside. The week of 2023-10-16, Stampy was located in Neon City.

During the weekend, go to the hub and speak with Markos Ybarra to unlock Mount: Stylish Recreationer.

Look for one of the following decos in and around the titles vehicle area at the hub to determine the correct biome for the next step:

In the current week's Uber biome, complete dungeons while on Slow Sebastian.
- If done correctly, there should be a ~0.4% (1/250)² chance a chest spawns that drops Mount: RV-Max.
- This step can be repeated to obtain additional mounts. Each mount can be loot collected to receive a Random Grandiose Title, of which there are 4 to obtain.

The Recipe: Quality Masque of Q.M. can be randomly obtained when crafting another title, or purchased from the market. ↩
