And while this art style is lovely, that kind of detail wouldn't work well performance wise on a multiplayer game.

I love seeing the history of games. It gives me a fuzzy feeling inside to see how far a game has come and developed. When i noticed that "museum worlds" (club worlds from alpha) were "inaccessible", I kinda cied on the inside. i would have loved to see that. Anyways, please keep doing this, I'm sure i'm not the only one interested in this sort of thing.
