Smallish Sunday patch

This is mostly to fix the crashing. It also fixes the Metaforge and... adds phase 0.5 of Collections!

There's a bunch of polish left to do, but for now you should find your pets, mounts, and promo items in here. The Transmog promo items (Trove Blade/crowns/etc) look like they aren't showing up right now, but they will return shortly.
