Small patch

Hey all,

We're doing a small patch to fix the forging issues. There will be a handful of other small fixes in it as well (some lairs/dungeons missing portals, biomes being closer to the same height, some potential intel fixes, and a fix for old homeworlds not playing nice with the portal bench).
