Kevin is a npc found in the following biomes: Shores of the Everdark, Geode Sanctuary,

It uses the NPC Rig: unicorn and NPC Group: None Found! .

Easter-egg npc, can be found in Shores of Everdark randomly roaming around or in Geode Sanctuary, sitting on one of the Shuttles.

A NPC is made up of individual blueprints, modders can modify these blueprints to change the appearance of a NPC.
