[Dragon] Locomo, Roamer of the Railroads Not Submitted

Another old project I returned to and managed to bring into a state I'm satisfied with.

This would be my second ever dragon mod, and again, it's wingless (heck, it doesn't even have legs!). Just like Arlexin, this is meant to be a "fun" dragon, rather than a majestic one.

While it might scream for using the wyvern- or serpent-type dragon rig to be able to ride magrails, I settled for Selene's because I didn't really mean to add any limbs and the amount of clipping is bearable this way, in my opinion. There's a little bit of a trade-off with sounds as the footsteps can be heard despite Locomo having no feet (unless you consider the wheels as such) but Palashien's/Phyconidia's/Olhukoi's "water-y" jumping and landing sounds would've been worse.

As for the VFX, most of them come from Disaeon (thanks, Disaeon and Trove Team!), except the breathing effect, which I made myself and turned out quite alright I think. Two little interesting things: the breathing VFX was originally made on a different computer and currently I can't run PopcornFX on it but luckily I could edit the file with Wordpad. So, technically they can be altered with any text editor, the downside is that you don't have an instant preview of the changes made. The other thing is that while the footprint effect is overwritten with a blank file, a couple of little dust clouds can still be seen.

So yeah, that's about it. I'm happy I could bring this out of stasis, it was a fun project.
