Normally no, not by yourself if you don't have modding experience. I would have to release a version of the mod that has the sigil removed. But let me make sure I understand your question correctly.
There are two sigils one when you open your charater equipment and another one on the top of the screen you want them both to be removed?
Or do you want to have the 300 mastery/20k pr replaced to the default.
