Thanks for the report! We've sorted this out for the Megalithic Update.

Having Mastery 190 will give a Master’s Arsenal box that provides four weapon styles.

Dropping the rarity drops back to Legendary isn't a problem, but it's gonna put the giants back into an everlasting limbo where their only duty is being decorative traps. If they can have some kind of drop, and I'm not talking "omg super rare" drop, just something to make them worth killing. The last thing I want is to farm giants for runescape level drop rates. As next to no one wanted to farm giants before the loot update. And I do believe it's going to return that way when the patch hits.

There's another post I made on this today, but they'll be the best way to get the new radiant cache drops, which have a new unique Radiant Steed mount. Basically we want to make sure it's a fun activity that is rewarding, but once you feel like you've accomplished what it offers you don't need to keep doing it forever.
