i cart get the troxel model to load its just a gray screen but the other fish do load?

Any new models after the eclipse update (i think) aren't in the Troxel system. The person behind Troxel has to update on his end of the database in order for the models to pop up. I believe the person isn't active anymore, so I'm not sure if this will ever be updated.

Can someone please tell me where to find this fish? And do not say forbidden spires because i already know that.

You'll have to go to the border of Neon City and Forbidden Spires, make a plasma stream going into Forbidden Spires and then you can be able to fish for the Lionfish. As far as I know, there aren't any Lairs or Dungeons with the plasma so you'll have to do what I explained.

If I'm wrong about there being any plasma in dungeons, let me know.
