T-788: Gearcrafter's Pack has items that aren't public

looking at hide collected collections menu

Expected:

to see "Gear Griffon" in the mount section, anywhere.. like Store

Reproduce:

log into the game and search "Gear Griffon" without having bought the DLC from steam, "Cogwheel Cruiser" the ally is also not listed.

trovesaurus reports this "Gear Griffon" has 100 mastery points, so it isn't like this is a promo item with no mastery like other Steam DLC like Soarwind Sword / Blade of the Celestial Empress.
