T-727: Locked out of Worlds

Farming Shadow tower badges

Expected:

Never get locked out of being able to change worlds

Reproduce:

Run Shadow tower badge till the new world creations limit is reached. Having someone else now create new worlds. Eventually your timer to be able to create worlds will reach, from what i've seen (3 days). All fine with that, the bug is you cant join already created worlds for 3 days now. Holding up to go to hub gives the message you can join worlds. /joinworld "Clubname" gives the same message. You are not stuck in 1 worlds and unable to play the game for that set amount of time.
