Platform:Xbox

Context:

Equipping tracker titles

Expected:

For others to see the tracker title, but instead it shows (0) for them

Reproduce:

Make it so the tracker titles track for others to see, because as of right now it says (p) when others check another players tracked title. But myself I can see it being tracked.
