Issue Details

Platform:Xbox

Context:

Looking at my effects in the new UI

Expected:

I expected to be able to scroll through them and use the given searchbar

Reproduce:

To reproduce:
For the scrolling: have more than 4 effects active at the same time [I had 7 at time of testing].
Open the UI, scroll down. The yellow marker will go down / up as you scroll however the scroll bar won't move and the buffs list wont visibly move up/down.

For the Searchbar: Open UI, highlight the search bar and click it to bring up the onscreen keyboard.
type anything into it and hit start on controller or enter key on keyboard (both do this).

Instead of placing what you typed in the searchbar it will instead close the onscreen keyboard, put nothing into the search bar, and opens the chatbox.

This is still an issue. It would be nice to know if this has even been looked at, since the title update released with its UI not fully functional.
