Issue Details

Platform:Xbox

Context:

Checking gift tab for event rewards.

Expected:

To get the Event Leaderboard reward upon being top 100, but got no rewards at all

Reproduce:

Make it so the rewards get given to the people who didn’t get it while being top 100 on event leaderboard
