Make it so every single depth after 140 provides shadow cache.

“Shadow caches are still not dropping from shadowy soul vaults in delve difficultly u10-shrouded, u10-midnight, u10-everdark, u10-abyssal and u10-nightmare and u10-void. It happens on all platforms. To reproduce open a shadowy soul vault which spawns every 3 floors in one of these difficulties I have named and see it won’t give them” - copy and past of my comment from the other report
