Platform:PC

Context:

Using Vial of Unleashed Power on Bard

Expected:

The emblem, and healing effects to trigger when using Bard Songs.

Reproduce:

Using Bard, equip Vial of Unleashed Power and then use Epic Riff (Will trigger pot), then use Jubilant Song (Will not trigger pot)
To be seen more clearly, you can use Arcane or Sure strike to check for stat changes.
