T-417: Solarion's damage over time stacks reset back to 0 after 230~250 stacks

Reproduce:

- Be on the Solarion class
- Stand near a target dummy
- Allow your phoenix to attack the target dummy
- After it attacks the dummy somewhere between 230 and 250 times, the stacking damage over time will reset to 0 stacks

This will also happen when attacking a target as normal, with your ultimate, primary attack, solar flare, and guiding light active, and in that case it takes less than a minute for the stacking to reset. I have only explained to replicate this by allowing the phoenix to attack so that it is easily reproducible.

This did not happen when the Sunrise update was released, but I'm not sure which update caused it to start happening. I only noticed it for the first time in January, but it could have started much longer ago as I have not been using the class very often.
