Try Walking With Erel The Ironbolt Dragon Look At Eyes while walking you see that VFX of the dragon is Glitchy

when i walk with this dragon the light of his eyes is being Lighting and Draking like Glitching

There's not enough information here to tell what you're seeing, "glitchy" isn't very descriptive and I'm not seeing any issues when I look at this mount's VFX.
