Issue Details

Platform:PC

Context:

-

Expected:

-

Reproduce:

- Open your inventory
- Drag and drop an item from your inventory, such as bombs, into one of your hotbar slots
- After dropping the item into your hotbar slot, do not move your mouse cursor; leave it ontop of the slot the item is in
- Press any movement key to force the inventory UI to close itself
- Now move your mouse now to see that the mouse is locked
- While the mouse is still locked, right-click your mouse
- You should see that the item you placed in your hotbar slot disappears. This is because the game thinks your mouse is still over the hotbar slot, and you right-clicked the slot in an attempt to remove the item.

I was not able to directly repo the issue above, but I was able to repro the issue using rmb to remove the item from the hotbar after the ui is closed. Fixing this repo, should fix the repo in the ticket.
I made sure it has no relation to mods. It is normal for the M2 ability to activate at the same time the right-click is processed. Make sure that:
1) Your window is not an unusual aspect ratio; the hotbar has always had issues detecting inputs at weird aspect ratios. The default windowed resolution of 1366x768 should cause this to happen.
2) After dropping the item into the hotbar slot, move your cursor at least 1 pixel any direction before dismissing the inventory UI, but make sure it is still hovered over the hotbar slot
3) You are using a movement key to dismiss the inventory UI.
After following the repro steps as written, when I right click as directed I perform my M2 ability as expected, rather than remove my hotbar item. I checked this against a few different types of items and several classes. Are there any mods you're using that might be affecting this?
