I can't seem to find anything on this.

Issue Details

Platform:Xbox

Context:

I was testing my abilities as Chloromancer, used the turret ability and no VFX came out of the turret but it still dealt damage, then I used my ultimate but there wasn't a barrier that normally surrounds your character. This not at a club world, I was in the hub.

Expected:

I expected VFX to properly work for this really cool costume

Reproduce:

On Xbox, try to get this costume's VFX to show up using the turret and ultimate abilities.
