Enter any adventure world, then switch to character class that uses Revenant subclass, attack enemies.

Further info was provided in a PM, the issue here is that the ability doesn't work when your Revenant is over 35k Power Rank.

I can't reproduce this with the information provided. Please let me know if there are any more specific conditions required in order to reproduce this.
