Enter delve as dino tamer, use ult (dino mount), switch to geode mode [Tab]

Unless I'm missing something here (there's not a whole lot of info to work with as to why this is expected), this isn't a bug. Most, if not all, abilities from normal play turn off when you switch modes in delves, due to the way geode mode uses the energy bar.
