T-208: Decorations made by players in Biome Workbenches do not display creator's name most of the time.

Issue Details

Platform:PC

Context:

Looking through biome workbenches (e.g Highlands Workbench, Island Workbench... etc) for things to accent my build.

Expected:

The player's name who created the item to be displayed on the bottom right, as you would expect with a community-made style, or costume, for example.

Reproduce:

This is tricky.. as it doesn't happen consistently. But basically when you hover your mouse over any community-made decoration in one of these biome workbenches most of the time it will not display correctly, but after moving your mouse off and on it again a few times the name (should) eventually appear.

It's almost as if the game sometimes cuts off the bottom half of the text blurb.
