T-175: When in delves, changing from adventure mode, then optionally using modules and changing back to adventure mode limiting character from jumping up to few seconds

context for the first video: - the account has the rocket boots module and experiences the jump bug every it swaps out of geode mode

Issue Details

Platform:PC

Context:

Changing adventure mode to delves mode to use pathpainter and vaca-matic and then back to jump for ore

Expected:

To jump right after mode has been changed

Reproduce:

Join delves, change to delves mode, maybe use any module, then change back to adventure mode and try to jump. It won't let you do it immediately most likely.
