If you go on trovesaurus there is all the information you need over there, About the Lunar Lancer patch. I think that includes all the time zones as well (Not 100% sure) But you should check that...

Hello everyone!

We will be performing our weekly maintenance and rolling out a patch on 9/8/2015.

The servers will come down at 8 AM PDT / 3 PM GMT and should be down for approximately 2 hours.

As always, we'll try to come in under that.
