When you contact support, like Ampitere mentioned, make sure to email us from the email address you use to sign into Glyph. Is it the same email address you're using to post to the forums?

Also, just to see what happens, can you restart your PC, then sign into your account using a different web browser? I'd like to see if you get the same error.
